Organic Certification Lifecycle Details
Applicant submits the initial application form along with general basic information about the entity.
We provide a service quotation and a formal contract, which the applicant signs to finalize the agreement.
Thorough review of the Organic System Plan (OSP/OMP), standard documentation, and supporting records.
An inspection plan is prepared and coordinated based on initial risk assessment and category parameters.
Detailed audit of operations, physical inspection of facilities, fields, processes, and verification of records.
Collection and testing of product, soil, or water samples by Go4agri Auditors and/or an accredited labs (as required or risk-based)..
Any identified non-conformities are addressed, and corrective action evidence is submitted for review.
The inspection file, findings, and corrective actions are thoroughly reviewed by technical experts.
Impartial certification decision is officially taken by an authorized, competent certification body panel.
The formal scope certificate is issued, and the operator details are listed in the official directory.
Regular announced/unannounced surveillance inspections, sampling, and record audits ensure ongoing compliance.
The cycle continues annually with renewal applications submitted prior to certificate expiration.
