What can be lodged?

Misrepresentation: Of organic status or use of Go4Agri logos.
Staff Conduct: Concerns regarding the behavior or professionalism of Go4Agri personnel.
Certification Decisions: Appeals against specific decisions made by the certification department.

Note: For certification appeals, an Appeals Committee consisting of three persons will be appointed. No person involved in the original decision will be part of this committee.
